  • Patricia is a seasoned Chief People Officer, offering strategic HR consultancy through her company, Gen5. She has over 25 years of HR experience across a range of complex client and consumer organisations. She served as Chief People Officer at The Central Bank of Ireland, Aer Rianta International Duty-Free Retailer, and Broadlake Private Equity. Patricia also held a number of HR Director roles, including Paddy Power, McCann FitzGerald, and Deutsche Bank, and was Vice President HR at Citigroup. With international experience spanning Ireland, the UK, USA, and Canada, Patricia brings a nuanced understanding of diverse business environments. She has contributed as a former Board Director of Aer Rianta International, a €1 billion turnover company. Her expertise lies in her strategic HR capabilities, driving organisational culture, change, capability, and employee experience, and working with leaders to help them fulfil their potential.

    Patricia's qualifications include a Harvard Business School Certificate in Management, with a specialisation in Strategy, Behavioural Economics, and Organisational Change and Renewal, alongside a Masters degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin, and a First-Class Honours BA in Humanities from Dublin City University. Patricia is a qualified Executive Coach and talent assessor, and is registered with the British Psychological Society in Occupational and Personality testing. She holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance, and is a member of the Association for Coaching, the Institute of Directors, Ireland, and the Corporate Governance Institute.

As CFO of Aer Rianta International (ARI), Eamon led acquisition teams in major investments, such as Birmingham International Airport. As CEO, he successfully managed an extensive international portfolio of airport investments and retail operations, fostering a strong company culture, a committed leadership team, and effective strategies. ​
